So this guy chairs a company that makes millions selling bottled water, and he says we have a water problem...

So water use is now considered “destruction”?

I'm like anyone else on this planet -- I'm very moved by world hunger. I see the same commercials, with those little kids, starving, and very depressed. I watch those kids and I go, “F***, I know the FILM crew could give this kid a sandwich!” There's a director five feet away going, “DON'T FEED HIM YET! GET THAT SANDWICH OUTTA HERE! IT DOESN'T WORK UNLESS HE LOOKS HUNGRY!!!”

But I'm not trying to make fun of world hunger. Matter of fact, I think I have the answer. You want to help stop world hunger? Stop sending them food. Don't send them another bite, send them U-Hauls.

Send them a guy that says, "You know, we've been coming here giving you food for about 35 years now and we were driving through the desert, and we realized there wouldn't BE world hunger if you people would live where the FOOD IS! YOU LIVE IN A DESERT!! UNDERSTAND THAT? YOU LIVE IN A F***ING DESERT!! NOTHING GROWS HERE! NOTHING'S GONNA GROW HERE!

Come here, you see this? This is sand. You know what it's gonna be 100 years from now? IT'S GONNA BE SAND!! YOU LIVE IN A F***ING DESERT! We have deserts in America, we just don't live in them, a**holes!" -Sam Kinison

The amount of water on Earth doesn’t change.
The only thing that changes is what is dissolved in the water.

Its been said that we are drinking dinosaur urine.

If you drink water in New Orleans, its been through 14 people on the way
down the Mississippi.

Consider it takes at least 5 gallons of water to make a single gallon of corn ethanol even more if the corn requires irrigation so ending the corn ethanol for fuel boondoggle could save potentially billions of gallons of water annually.

Seventy percent of the planet is water, and according to anthropogenic global warming alarmists, sea levels are rising...and we’re running out of water? It’s the same with Gov. Moonbeam in CA; the state is bordered by the Pacific Ocean, but he can’t figure out why the state is low on H2O. (Hint: Remove the salt.)

——The world will run out of fresh water long before it runs out of oil, with the potential for major deficits by 2030, the chairman of bottled water giant Nestle said.——

Oh’ great....now all we here about for 20 years from the libtards who only want to control our lives is the crisis of “Peak Water” instead of “peak oil”

Roughly 3/4 of the earth is water. What we need is better desalination technology.

The province of Ontario is the Saudi Arabia of freshwater. About 1/3 of the world’s freshwater is there. There are 250,000 lakes and 60,000 miles of rivers. They should rename it Freshwater R Us.

I live in a region surrounded by fully 20% of the world's fresh water in a country with a million fresh water lakes.

I'm not too worried.

“I don’t think it’s a human right to fill up a swimming pool. I don’t think it’s a human right to wash cars. I don’t think it’s a human right to water a golf course”

and after his impassioned speech, Peter and his audience all returned to their 5 star hotels (with pools and golf courses) riding in shiny newly washed limos, well stocked with bottled sparkly water

The Nestle guy is an idiot.

The Israelis have solved this problem with osmosis based desalination.

Here is the simple solution: Copy the Israeli success (for instance, in California) and there will be abundant water available for everyone.

This is something on the order of the fake global warming.

The amount of water on earth remains fairly constant. Water, even sewer wastewater or salt water is treatable and made drinkable.

I don’t golf or have a swimming pool, but I don’t care if a neighbor does, it’s just part of our freedom.

What these jackasses want is fixing it so all of us are just scared to death over anything, while the left elite get to golf and enjoy their pools.
