I did some checking and we all know that Ted Cruz was Born in Calgary Alberta Canada. But do you know who ELSE has ties to Calgary?
Current Conservative Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper!
He was educated in Calgary!
So I thought it was interesting!

Calgary is a pretty large city by Canadian standards, so it should come as no surprise that two competent leaders came from there. LOL.
Harper was born in T.O.
Calgary is conservative.
Toronto is liberal.
Then Stephen Harper smartened up and moved to Calgary.
Unfortunately there are also disappointing stories like our ‘light on the loafers’ moslem mayor, Numbnuts Naheed Nenshi, whose parents moved from Tranna when he was a little boy. Shoulda stayed there!
As for me, it took 30 some years before I smartened up , leaving d’Ottawa and moving to Calgary.
And I live here now! Best place to be right now, growing Liberal infestation notwithstanding.
