Draft legislation aimed at boosting a flagging birth rate threatens to reduce Iranian women to “baby-making machines” and set their rights back by decades, Amnesty International warned on Wednesday.

The London-based human rights group said that a first bill, which has already been approved once by parliament, would restrict access to contraception, forcing women into unsafe backstreet abortions.

It said the second draft law, which is to go before parliament next month, would close many jobs to women who choose not to or are unable to have children. …

Iran women being ‘reduced to baby-making machines’ as country bans contraception and stops childless women from getting jobs
Of course, we will never hear a single word against this out of people like Hillary, Pelosi or that ilk.

Bears repeating.

Endlessly.

Iranian fertility rate has plummeted since the Revolution of 1979 from 6 to 1.9 below replacement level. David Goldman, aka, Spengler, has wrote about this at PJMedia.

The best idea would be for millions to learn to use NFP. It’s the only fertility management method which costs nothing, needs no “supplier,” has no health-damaging side-effects, can be used according to the couples’ sole choice either to avoid or to achieve pregnancies, and cannot be used coercively by the State.

Banning contraceptives is apparently the worst thing you can possibly do to women in the Liberal mindset.

Years ago I might have listened to what the feminists had to say nowadays I really do not give a crap what they have to say anymore because of crap like this, where are they to be found when real oppression of females are happening.....just as I thought, because its mostly about certain women getting power and screw their sisters that suffer.

It’s where they get their power

When they see Hillary talking what they hear is, ‘the republicans are after us again. We must band together and practice whatever means legal or illegal ethical or evil in order to stop them’

The women hear ‘ the republicans want you to be machines

The men hear, ‘honey we hate them they’re trying to keep you from having sex anytime anywhere and with whomever at no consequences’. It’s not what their whipping girlfriends /wives are saying exactly but it’s what they hear

Birth control is the power. Abortion is just a part of it. The bloodiest part but just a part

Not consistent with Sura 2:223 obviously, which dictates that copulation takes place upon the man’s whims.

All of which are why the AMa and the pharmaceutical industries will not allow it.

Women taking charge of their own health, well being and birth control? Never happen

NFP is something every girl and woman should be on from menarche to menaupause. For every reason. Anyone who does self breast exams can add this in a quarter of the time it takes.

It increases and decreases fertility and in certain circles (church going catholics) the divorce rate of ‘users’ is 1% compared with, what?, 60% in the general population.

Oh, and NFP is, it just IS, 98% effective in preventing conception. Of course, NFP is counter to illicit relationships, so it has nothing to do with recreational sex, which is why it is unpopular.

The Iranian government is desperate. The country’s fertility rate has dropped like a rock in the past two decades

It’s OK if they stone women or cut off their heads, but they mustn’t ban their contraceptives!
