Earlier today, the leader of Britain’s UKIP, eloquent wordsmith and member of the EU Parliament, Nigel Farage, unleashed one of his most memorable and finest diatribes in recent years.

"We ourselves in the European Union provoked the conflict through our territorial expansionism in the Ukraine. We poked the Russian bear with a stick, and unsurprisingly, Putin reacted. But this now is to be used as an opportunity to build a European army... And Mr. Juncker said, we must convey to Russia that we are serious. Who do you think you are kidding, Mr. Juncker?"

Farage at his best...

He also pointed out how intervention in Libya turned out poorly, and how the rebels they helped in Syria have turned to ISIS.

“”We ourselves in the European Union provoked the conflict through our territorial expansionism in the Ukraine. We poked the Russian bear with a stick, and unsurprisingly, Putin reacted.”

Neville Chamberlain could not have said it better.

“F—k The EU,” Says America’s Top Europe Diplomat

President Obama’s top diplomat to Europe has been caught on tape saying “F–k the EU.”

The conversation between Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and U.S. Ambassador to the Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt was anonymously leaked on YouTube.

In the leaked telephone call, first reported by the Kyiv Post, Nuland sharply criticizes the European Union’s handling of the Ukraine crisis and lays out the administration’s desired outcome for the crisis.

Nigel Ferage had got it right. You poke a bear with a stick at your peril when you are armed with nothing but that stick. It is quite clear that there is no heart in Europe to maintain significant sanctions must less confront the bear with real military force. The worst thing you can do is meddle in the national interests of foreign powers unless you are both prepared and equipped morally and militarily to impose your result on both of them. Recent history has shown that neither the United States nor Europe, either separately or together, has the moral or physical wherewithal to act in Ukraine.

Your complaint should not be with the messenger but with the infrastructure which creates the hypocrites in Brussels and in Washington.

One of the you tube commenters said this: "The EU Parliament is modeled on the Tower of Babel and we all know what happened to that....could history be about to repeat?" I am beginning to wonder if history is cyclical and we are living in the "days of Noah" again...

Well it is interesting that a “Juncker” is trying to build a European Army.

There was once a ruthlessly efficient military killing machine in Europe led by “Junkers.” That point is probably not lost on the Russians.

It’s a damn shame that most of the people in the USA cannot figure this out.
