If it didn’t taste like battery acid despite dumping cream and sugar in it, I would. Usually love the aroma of brewing coffee.

You don't know what you're missing.

I drink coffee every weekday. If I didn't have it, I'd go into convulsions like a meth addict.

Forget the cream and sugar, use Bailys. (Better tasting creme and sugar.)

Don’t drink crappy coffee then!

Drip coffee gives me heartburn and does taste like battery acid.
I have a real espresso maker at home; and buy good whole beans. I make a cappuccino (espresso and foamed milk) at home for probably 15 or 20 cents per cup. It smells and tastes good; and I never get heartburn from it.

Its YOUR coffee. Dress it up however you need to.

I am with you tho, If I didnt pour heavy whipping cream and pure sugar, or Baileys, or Wild Turkey into it, its just nasty tasting.

Coffee ice cream!

But eating that probably won't keep diabetes at bay.

IMHO...

Learn how to roast your own beans.

Incredibly good coffee.

The aroma of coffee smells like very diluted skunk odor.

That is why I still drink it.

Perhaps you need to experiment with different blends until you find the right one for you.

At some point in human civilization, somebody thought it would be a great idea to roast coffee beans, grind them up and pour hot water over them. Hence, a billion dollar industry was born.

Dude. Where did you learn to brew coffee?*

*Disclosure: I was an assistant manager at an upscale specialty grocery store for several years. We got to drink the "fancy ground coffee" mistakes. OK, I'm a snob, but a decent Columbian should pass muster out of the "battery acid" range.
