I drink 4-5 cups a day. Nothing happens in the morning until I’ve had one and that gives me enough fuel to drink 3-4 more and eat breakfast. Also, no one should have to be anywhere until at least 11 am. I knew you and I were soul mates for a reason :-)

If you haven't tried Xylitol, you ought to get some and try it. I use it, and I can't tell any taste difference between it and sugar.

One ounce is about 30mg. So, 400 mg = about 13.3 oz = a little over two 6-oz cups, or a little under two 8-oz cups.

I quit drinking alcohol in 1988, but I still love my 20 oz mug (or two) of Barista Prima French Roast every morning! I’ll even drink auto mechanic’s office coffee.
