The Obama administration is hustling to move quickly on contracts for the president’s executive-memo-driven amnesty program, even though a federal judge has ordered Washington bureaucrats to stop in their tracks, according to Judicial Watch.
The Washington watchdog organization said Friday it has a source inside the industry of government contracts who said there is “no indication that the court order has impacted, slowed down or modified the procurement in any way.”
“They’re really rushing into it,” the source said.
Judicial Watch cited a government solicitation for companies to provide services for Obama’s plans to process illegal aliens and give them many of the privileges of citizenship.
The deal is immense, Judicial Watch said, with an estimated need for between 200 and 600 contractors.
WND broke the story this week that U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen in Texas granted a preliminary injunction that prevents the government from enforcing Obama’s orders. Hanen confirmed WND’s exclusive report that contrary to popular perception, the order to delay deportation was not an executive order by the president. Instead, it was a memorandum issued by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson at Obama’s direction.

If there ever was a reason for Congress to defund DHS, now is the time!!! If Congress does not defund DHS, they will, for all intents and purposes, be nullifying Judge Hanen’s ruling that was intended to put a temporary stop to the amnesty process until Congress and the Supreme Court could weigh in.
Lets face it the only way they are going to stop this guy is to physically remove him from office. Otherwise just forget about it and endure the pain for another 18 mos.
Raise your hand if you really believe the GOP will let the DHS partially shut down. Not gonna happen.
Our US (GOP) rep stood in the Townhall meeting last Thurs night and said that the President can do anything he wants to do. The GOP cannot stop him.

The Democrats are so stupid they don’t realize they are shutting down DHS over the bill simply not funding 4% of the DHS total budget sparked by illegal , unconstitutional and dictatorial amnesty. No one with a brain will blame the shut down of DHS on us. In fact, the brainless parasite masses don’t know there is a DHS.
So defund DHS, but what has Obama up his sleeve to pull on this country should that happen? This guy hates this country, and is in power along with a cadre of yes men, and women in positions to do as they must to achieve their goals of destroying this country from the government on down.
The only way they can be stopped is to impeach, remove every damned one of the Constitutionally designated chain of command, and then remove, jail, whatever must be done those unconstitutionally designated Obama cadre/czars. Clean out the government of all of them. They have proven to be enemies of this Nation, our Constitution, and must be gotten rid of.

Then our Republican governors, and state officials don’t have to obey Federal Judicial rulings on “gay marriage”!

Not only do patriots need to remove office but the millions of bureaucratic scumbags that infest every office of the federal government and regulatory aperatus. They are a filthy virus infecting every aspect of American life.
States should also start ingnoring any and all Federal pronunciamentos regarding amnesty!!!
Especially states like Arizona and Texas. In fact, they should be among the first to start deporting illegal aliens in accordance with the laws already on the books as long as Obama, vis a vis his DHS flunky insists violating a Federal judge's ruling by hastily issuing contracts at GREAT expense to the taxpayers to companies whose function it will be to provide documents to illegal aliens.
Another thing.....this is all the more reason for Congress to defund DHS!!!
