Use pinhead oats instead of rolled oats.

Add a lot of real cream and sugar and it won't matter how sticky it is...

Well, it sure looks better than my oatmeal. I'll give it a try on the morrow.

A chief with dirty skin is going to tell us how to make oatmeal?
I don’t think so.

First time I ever had oatmeal was during Army recruit training (called "Basic Combat Training" here). It tasted like wallpaper paste...as did the "grits",which I also tasted for the first time at Fort Knox.
I've never tried either one since! ;-)

Throw some old fashioned oats in a bowl. Add some water. Microwave for 1 minute. If still watery add 30 seconds. Then put on brown sugar and rice milk. Yum.

After a couple of years of powered eggs my WWII dad wouldn’t go near scrambled eggs for years and years.

God may have meant to make a southerner when He made me, because I love grits.
