Alcohol, sex photos led to California firefighter discipline

Public records show that California firefighters drank on duty at the state fire academy, displayed sexually explicit photographs and an employee now charged with murder allegedly slapped a female cadet on the buttocks.
The allegations are contained in two complaints released Friday to The Associated Press in response to a Public Records Act request.

Don’t know, don’t live there. As a former (ret.) police officer I know my union wouldn’t put up with this crap. Even my union rep would want me to get civilian representation and wash his hands of the whole thing. LOL!

Almost impossible to get fired and guaranteed retirement.
I was forced into a union, forced to give part of my paycheck to the union and looked forward to abandonment by my union if I screwed up.
As you might guess, even though I had to be a member of a police union to keep my job, I never was a union man.
