"What's in this for me?"
Whadayagonnadoaboutit?
True, but they are in the “minority” now .. so I don’t think it’s going to be so easy to brush this stuff under the rug.
but .. I’m probably wrong as usual.
UGH! Just more proof Hillary is not ready for any kind of office.
I remember when the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke. I was watching the Sunday morning news shows such as Face The Nation etc.
The commenters, despite pretty much all being liberals agreed that if the story proved to be true, Bill Clinton was toast.
Then within a few weeks something happened. I guess those who control the news, Democratic party bigwigs etc. decided that is was probably essential that Clinton be saved.
The story kept in the news but most of it was attacks on any one who tried to hold Clinton accountable. I mean the attacks were flat out vicious.
The next thing you know people such as Ken Starr were held up to national ridicule and sure enough, they saved Clinton.
Amazing to me just how powerful these people were.
Heh. The SS is just a bunch of party hounds now.
I care.
I pray for these tortured children every day. Hell can’t come soon enough for these evil pigs.
Wonder if both Bill and Hill have STDs......
In 1991 I thought that Gennifer Flowers and a 12 year affair with audio tape meant that Clinton would drop out of the primary.
By the way, in 1992 Romney was voting democrat, he preferred Tsongas over Clinton.
Outstanding tagline potential.
This is going to take down Hillary’s campaign mark the words. People don’t want 8 more years of Bill.
I agree. Check out the resumes of the lawyers pursuing this.
Not everyone is for sale.
Maybe there really is a Benandanti hiding in plain sight and secretly controlling the world.
resume enhancement for Dems.
it is the Dems who would love the age of consent to be lowered
On February 8, 1998, with pressure mounting to impeach Bill
Clinton, George Stephanopoulos appeared on ABCs “This Week” with Sam Donaldson and Cokie Roberts. Stephanopoulos had resigned as White House communications chief in 1996 and became an ABC news analyst. But he was still carrying the Clintons water, as his next words made clear.
Stephanopoulos announced that the Clinton White House was planning what he called an Ellen Rometsch strategy. He explained that Rometsch was an East German spy who had managed to become John F. Kennedys lover. According to Stephanopoulos, the Kennedy White House threatened
to open up the FBI files and divulge embarrassing or incriminating information on anyone who attempted to blow the whistle on JFKs affair with Rometsch. If pressed to the wall, the Clinton White House would do likewise, said Stephanopoulos.
Sam Donaldson asked, Are you suggesting for a moment that what theyre beginning to say is that if you investigate this too much, well put all your dirty linen right on the table? Every member of the Senate? Every member of the press corps?
To which Stephanopoulos replied, Absolutely. The president said he would never resign, and I think some around him are willing to take everyone down with him.
This was a clear threat, delivered openly, on national television. Through Stephanopoulos, the Clintons were warning Congress and the media to back off.
The threat worked.
David P. Schippers, who was Chief Investigative Counsel for the Clinton impeachment, reveals in his book “Sell-Out” that Republican leaders, from the get-go, had no intention of holding a proper impeachment trial or of convicting Bill Clinton. It was all a charade.
Great post and it goes right along with all those FBI files which disappeared after the White House got them.
The older I get the more I believe in conspiracy theories. I have always found them fascinating but never really believed them. I still don’t know that much about them but some of these groups are clearly conspiracies on the face of it.
When you have the most powerful and wealthy people in the world meeting in secret, what else is it? What else could it be?
They’ll be as shocked as Teddy Kennedy was too when it happens.
