Then colonize the oil in Moslem lands without compensating the Moslems at all. Establish schools in the colonized areas to be run by Christian organizations with no financial ties to any government. Begin to forcibly convert Moslems in widening areas to something other than Islam. Continue impoverishing Moslem societies and extracting people from Islam. I believe Islam has a big religious aspect.
Otherwise you wouldn't be able to get people to readily give up their lives and in some cases fortunes to promote it.

To me it is highly unlikely for people to want to voluntarily die for a hyper-aggressive, militaristic, expansionist, totalitarian political system designed to create a super-rich micro-oligarchical ruling class with a massive, destitute, genetically handicapped underclass below.

Where is the incentive to give up your young life?
