that’s 1.x billion people. Ain’t gonna happen. Expel all resident and indigenous Moslems after giving them 30 days to deport or renounce Islam. Then colonize the oil in Moslem lands without compensating the Moslems at all. Establish schools in the colonized areas to be run by Christian organizations with no financial ties to any government. Begin to forcibly convert Moslems in widening areas to something other than Islam. Continue impoverishing Moslem societies and extracting people from Islam. Islam goes into violent jihad mode in a one to one basis with available resources over enough to keep their population in bare subsistence and their tiny ruling class in opulence. Deprive them of those resources. Islamic societies will relapse into fatalistic torpor until they get their hands on resources for jihad again.
