First time I ever saw a white tail walk down stairs.
Precious video of caring people and a loving little deer
This made my day, thank you for posting.
Adorable Bambi ping.
One day I was weeding the flowerbed in front of the farmhouse and heard a short bleet right behind me... was a 2 or 3 week old fawn that came over to about 10’ behind me to see what I was doing while momma and her 2 other fawns looked on from about 15 yards away.
The next year about the same time I coming down the lane I saw triplets again... and the same doe from the year previous. I think that’s all she ever had, triplets.
Thank you for the ping. What a sweetie!
What a little darling. It hurts my heart to see her eyes, but I’m glad she has people who love her and care for her.
Last fall we were in the backyard, and a doe came out of the woods that surround the house. We just went still to see what she would do. She stared at us for a bit, and took a few steps in our direction...then paused, and a few more steps. She made it about halfway across the yard to us, and I was getting excited, thinking she might come all the way. But she thought better of it, and turned and walked back into the trees.
