People should read the actual laws themselves, they really should. For example, this burning ban crap? I looked it up once - it’s restricted to corporations. Doesn’t have anything to do with family homes.
Sure, you’ve got to parse the definitions. Just like the government does when it comes after you for some nit that destroys your life. But people would rather cower than learn, and against that, even God sighs - while bureaucrats, RINOs and Democrats laugh.

I live above the 7,500 ft limit in Colorado. Those living lower get .gov hell. I have an EPA rated wood burning stove, but I think the jackboots kick doors in before asking questions. If I lived lower I would shoot first and ask questions later. The freaking .gov worker totalitarians and all that.

When the hell does L.A. get cold enough for fireplaces, anyway?

When the hell does L.A. get cold enough for fireplaces, anyway? It's more of an aphrodisiac for starlets and high-school cheerleaders.

When the hell does LA get cold enough for fireplaces, anyway?I don't understand the logic, my Sister in Fullerton said it was 93 degrees there yesterday. I guess some bureaucrat needed to justify his or her existence or job.

What is the ratio of 5.56 muzzle blast to fireplace log?

I have an EPA rated wood burning stove,Does that mean it can burn EPA jackbooted thugs?

I have a use for neither. Use them as kindling.

Where I live they usually call a non burn day on nice clear days and burn days on smoggy days. You can’t get an answer as how they pick the days and where are the sensors. Just the high particulate answer.

It happens. Citrus growers often used smudge pots in the winter to protect their crops. Average low in Upland is 42 in Dec and 43 in Jan.
