Slaves were more educated than these fools.

Yup. And the liberal plantation owners and the black kappos are responsible for this mess.
Aren’t “Charter” schools supposed to be for the “best and the brightest” to make sure they get the chances they “deserve”? It’s not working out well!
The one in NYC pre-giuliani that I thought was the last straw was a guy who was shot dead on the way to the laundrymat for the roll of quarters he had.
Many charter schools are crap. Especially ones launched in the inner-cities by politically connected minorities who see it as a money making operation.
I remember reading about some really bad ones in Dallas or Fort Worth.
They look like granny aerobic time shoes at the Senior Center. And only $94! Not the preposterous price of $130.
I remember one kid was shot for his jacket (Triple Fat Goose?), then the perp didn’t want it because it had a bullet hole in it...
The sort of animals willing to kill for a pair of shoes don't need much baiting - even a lesser pair would have been sufficient if the attacker thought they were better than his. The only real cure is for this sort of animal to be killed on the streets where they commit their attacks on Humanity.
Oh, of course, charter school — but pointing out the skin tone of idiot kids who fight over shoes would be raciss.
I loved this — “Johnson said students will be reminded of the ‘zero tolerance’ policy against violence”.
The biggest advantage of a charter schools is that bad ones are easier to shut down than a public school. Detroit has some of the best and some of the worst. Cesar Chavez Academy is producing ivy league caliber students while the one that was run by former city council president Charles Pugh has all kinds of problems.
The Ben Carson high school appears to be public but students have to apply and keep a high grade level to get in or stay.
Charter schools are technically public schools
