Good. They can't prove she has Ebola, or that she is a danger. The quarantine is just feeding public hysteria.
This fear-mongering is just a ploy to further erode our rights. Whether it's drugs, terror, or public health, the government isn't concerned about your safety. It's concerned about expanding their power base.
Even if they try to be helpful, they fail miserably. You could argue the CDC has made things worse in regards to Ebola.

I assume that if this nurse actually gives ebola to someone and that someone dies then the judge can be charged with Manslaughter. Wishful thinking- I know.

Slightly different headline from what I read about the decision which DOES restrict her, she can’t go within X feet of people, not to malls or other population density sites. This sounds like she got 100% of what she wanted.
