They were on the phone with 911, but it was too late. The baby was coming and they just could not stop. I’m going to guess they were in a state of panic. Most people don’t know that police officers can deliver babies. Then again if there are complications the mom may want to hurry up and get to hospital.

Most people dont know that police officers can deliver babies. Anymore I'm afraid that aside from the Park County, Wyoming Sheriff's Department I have very little trust in police. It's not just because some of them do the wrong thing, it's because MOST of them will cover for the few. Usually at a citizen's expense.
