RE: My far left machine was bought in pieces from companies that dont massively advertize their liberalism,
It’s ‘advertise’ moron. You can say it but you are a lying MOFO. And stop beating your wife while you’re at it...or your mom, who’s ever basement you are occupying.
Show one thing I said that isn’t documented truth. One.
Corrected it for you.
You are exactly the guy Post 8 predicted.
You are correct. 4 ish years ago I bought Win7. Not one thing from them since.
I am a bad bad man.
It’s not so much that “truth hurts,” as it is “Westboro Baptist,” sanctimony annoys....
Pung
It’s not sanctimony Saul. It’s the simple truth. People proud of sending their cash to a place like apple with a long record of attacking conservative ideals and funding Democrats really shouldn’t be bitching about liberals.
Again. If anyone has a problem with it, it’s on them. But it’s still the truth.
I really would like to ask a question to all who’s reading this thread:
What would you want the next iPhone to have?
Personally?
I would want it to be something that’s the shape of a pen in one’s pocket that is voice controlled. The user would say, “iPhone? Open an internet browser.” and it would display a screen in front of the user from a projector, and obey all commands said by him/her.
We almost have this already. Today. This can be done right now.
Just my thoughts.
Still loving Apple products.
No biggie. I do that too sometimes. Have a great one!!!!
Long record? What about Microsoft and Google, are you down on them even more so than Apple?
In 2012, Google spent $18 million on political causes, while Apple spent $2 million. In 2012, Microsoft and affiliates spent $2.5 million just on federal campaigns, not to mention other causes. And Google and Microsoft support mostly leftist causes. There are far worse companies than Apple, yet you ignore them.
That's life: deal with it. Would you really prefer all Apple users stop espousing conservative causes? I can think of at least one user that almost single handedly broke forty years of Democrat control of Congress.
Pray tell, which liberal causes would fold if not for the financial assistance of Apple?
Toss in the non direct political spending, the gay propaganda tv commercials, the environmental BS, the Global warming/world citizen bucks as well and retotal.
If you want to knowingly support that, be my guest. Just don’t expect for people to believe you are a conservative for doing it.
What I prefer doesn’t matter of course but since you asked, I’d prefer people upheld the ideals they pat themselves on the back here claiming to have.
Or at least try.
No, that's not "sanctimony."
BTW, you should consult a dictionary before you make such asinine remarks.
So are you saying that we should all come here bitching about libs and then be proud of funding them? Where do you suppose they get the money to fund the things we are against? The tooth fairy?
You might want to consult that dictionary yourself. That word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Patronizing sellers of the best, most innovative consumer products on the planet is quintessentially conservative. What they do with their profits after the transaction is their choice.
Don't expect any more traction for your assertions than "Moms Demand Action" gets for their jihad against gun manufacturers, as they both rest on the same moral postulate.
"If you want to promote that, you are what you are."
Dude, buy whatever you like. Giving your money to Apple is what it is. No justifying BS changes what they do with it And it ain’t conservative. So don’t expect praise and a participation trophy for helping fund liberalism.
Civil is not funding people destroying everything we believe in to the best of our ability. Do you disagree?
Don’t bother replying. Neither of us will change our position.
