Amnesty International says a draft anti-gay bill in Chad represents a backward step for human rights in the country.
The rights group said Tuesday that amendments to the penal code proposed by the government would criminalize same-sex conduct in Chad, threatening jail sentences of between 15 and 20 years, and a fine ranging from $100 and $1,000.

Will the penalty in Chad be Hanging?
where are they about Turkey attacking refuges from Syria, oh wait just another left wing hypocrisy and fake group with fake outrage.
Well, it’s not bad, considering that in the U.S. it’s okay for a grown man to do business with a 12 or 13 year old boy, but oh the attrocity if a grown man does something with a teenaged or slightly older girl. Double standard, anyone?
Obama is drawing up plans for a military invasion of Chad as we speak.
It’s not a double standard; it’s two standards. Although the law may not be different, everyone knows girls and boys are different. Nit that they’re always as different as we think of them, and they may be different the other way around depending ln the perpetrator. But come on.
It depends on what the “something” is, too, what kind of 13 year old it is, and the nature of the act (was it outright violence, or was there complicity). And I don’t want to seem callous, but one thing at least seoerates them: boys can’t get pregnant.
No, they will be sentenced to 15 to 20 years in the Chadian house of sodomy.
Amnesty International once again more concerned with the tolerance for sex practices than freedom of religion (what with the crucifixions, ban on religious texts, beheadings, segregation, slavery, forced conversion, etc.).
Good. Sick of the freaks at this point. They’re out of control
But boys can get STDs. Then HIV costs a fortune to keep on suppressing its progress for the rest of your life. I am jist saying that for people in the west everything is pretty upside down.
