Golden Retrievers. Best dogs ever.
awwww... i love doggies!
You see that, even dogs have nightmares about Obama. Obviously the puppy was saying “Don’t worry don’t worry, only 2.5 more years”
Adore Goldens, but the Australian Cattle Dog sitting at my feet has a different opinion about who occupies the Best Dog Ever slot. ;)
Yes,and my Rottweiler has ideas about who’s best too.
Cute video.
But I’m not sure if the old pup was having a nightmare or chasing rabbits in its sleep.
I am pretty sure that the young pup is a shameless camera hog. If he had thumbs and a smart phone...he could dominate the internet with selfies, lol.
My last dog was a cattle dog, and she was awesome. After the first 2 years, that is, lol. We got a 1-year-old rescue 6 months ago that was supposed to be a miniature Golden but is probably an Australian Shepherd/Golden mix, and all I can say is....never again. The poor dog has so many issues from prior abuse and nneglect, such as fear and skittishness due to sudden noises or shadows, barking at the slightest thing, and not liking men in general (which doesn’t sit well with my husband). Oh well, at least I’ve hopefully earned some brownie points in Heaven with this adoption.
Had five.
Still cry about the first and best (named after an Ayn Rand character) when I talk about her.
Gotta go ...
And my cat just yawns at all the silly fuss.......
But there can’t be any question about best breed. After all, only 1 has virtually invented all useful endeavors and innovated them through and through, and been the choice for decades.
As for cats, I think they’re all much more similar to each other than dogs. Hence why it’s hard for me to say I really love “dogs” better than cats! They’re too different!
So sweet!
I have two “golden girls” right now, having had Shelties for most of my life. What I like about Goldens is they enjoy life and they love pretty much all creatures great and small. They are sweet, a bit goofy, and fun-loving. My last Sheltie was very smart, beautiful, obedient and protective. Every breed has something that is very special to their people.
