This day in history..LBJ signed civil rights law.
And Al Gore’s SENATOR father voted against it.
Ill have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years. ...
LBJ
And it’s been a downhill run ever since at the cost of how many trillions of dollars? One plus though is that the “knock out” game has become popular due to no consequences to the perps. Well, a plus for the perps. Not necessarily the victim. Oh, dang. I musta forgot. There’s no such thing. Just some urban rumor/legend. Right?
50 years ago today was the day America slid past the point of no return.
Or maybe you could argue the day God was removed from prayers in schools. Or the day Roe v. Wade declared abortion was legal. Or the day Kennedy was shot and LBJ became president.
In any event - American WAS once a great nation.
Still horrifying to think that Black Americans were being told “don’t use this restroom” and “you can’t sit at this lunch counter” within my lifetime.
Is it the same horrifying as people wanting to burn down Hobby Lobby..to me that is just as bad.
