This goon is a vicious pig. If he has done this, then it’s a certainty he’s done similar things to humans he’s confronted or had under his control at one time or another.
He should be in a prison, not wearing a badge.

Bolger was overheard saying, "I'm going to gut this (expletive) thing," according to charging documents.
It was a sharpei.

Yep a woman would have been next. A true sadist, this cop.

A diversion from the real gist of this article. Whether the dog bit someone is immaterial in my view. Details indicate the officer cut a dog’s throat with his knife while it was securely restrained.
There is no defense or justification for what he did.

"I understand the urge to paint police as thugs..."And I understand the urge of some to continue the now fully discredited "officer friendly" image, especially in the face of the verified OBozo, DHS inspired push for a "civilian force as well funded as the military", just be honest enough to admit this.

Why is the person using an ace bandage for sprains instead of a gauze bandage for wounds?

Oh come on. We have people on here that try to justify cops when they beat people in handcuffs to death just because they didn't 'follow orders'. You think the boot-lickers are going to care about a dog? No, they will be wanting to give the cop a medal.

Psychopath? Sick, twisted, possibly evil, but certainly under evil's influence.
I wonder how many times he's done things like this or worse before this one. A lot of psychopaths have a history.
I doubt he'll receive the sort of street justice I'd like to see happen to him.
(Dear God, please correct and forgive my thoughts.)

I wonder if police departments make any effort to screen out sadists in the hiring process.I think it is for a certainty that the departments test for, and want, applicants with a high degree of aggressiveness. There may be no available test for sadism but if there were, I'd bet that the departments would not see that as an undesirable quality. The b#stards.

” Officer Jeffrey Bolger.”
Sure it isn’t Jeffrey Dalmer?

Oh, you do?

There are plenty of good cops, but the bad ones -- !
In this case, there were 4 cops on the scene. How many of them were bad?
Hint: none of them reported the incident.

How many of them were bad? If you are right about that, all four should at least be fired.
