... what will the new narrative from the MSM be?
Before the first GOP primaries this year, we heard from the MSM the long-held narrative:
A.) "There is a huge war within the GOP. The GOP needs to do something with these "extremists" (Tea Party)!"
Then when Boehner and some others won their primaries, the MSM narrative quickly shifted (as in goal-posts):
B.) "The GOP has absorbed the Tea Party!"
Now with Eric Cantor losing to David Brat (and that was a huge loss), the MSM won't go back on their narrative, even though they logically would have to admit that the second narrative they proffered was false - at least somewhat.
What will C.) be, as in the new, ever-evolving MSM narrative?
Talking about something for a short period of time can be quickly forgotten, but the MSM pounded A.) for so long, that they have to stick with B.) or drop B.) and go with C.): "It appears that the GOP hasn't absorbed the Tea Party."
What Eric Cantors shocking defeat means (She couldn’t be more wrong if she tried)

What say you?
Ah, so the voters didn’t vote FOR David Brat, but rather AGAINST Eric Cantor. What a joke of a conclusion...
So she says the voters didn’t really want Tea Partiers. They just don’t want Eric Cantor. LOL.
She should be fired.
I’ve never been able to figure out what is ‘extreme’ about the tea party. It’s just an organized group of normal Americans who are tired of seeing their tax dollars going to waste by overspending corrupt government. I never heard the 99% Wall Street protesters being called extreme.
C. The tea party has absorbed the GOP.
I agree. The Tea Party is far from “extreme.”
No way would the MSM say that Occupy were/are “extremists.”
Misguided? Maybe. But never “extremists.”
LOL. Nice alternative.
I truly hope this is/will be the case...
I say that the narrative will not be set until the morning of June 25th. On that morning there will be 3 possible directions the narrative can take depending on the outcomes of the 24th.
No joke, they have research papers about it and such. Footnotes even!
The MSM, in may opinion, is calling Dave Brat “Tea Party,” but where’s the proof?
What local, independent or national Tea Party group worked or raised funds or campaigned on his behalf?
The Tea Party might have met separately at one point, but most decided to go inside the local parties. They are not really “the other,” they are just Republicans who never wanted to deal in politics, but then they felt they had to. So they did.
