All news outlets thrive by breaking new, unreported news stories. Last night, the leftist network MSNBC exposed a bombshell: Filipino columnist Michelle Malkin is a White supremacist spokeswoman. MSNBC anchor and former sportscaster Ed Schultz of “The Ed Show” stood by as Dr. James Peterson, self-described “hip-hop scholar” and Africana Studies professor at Bucknell University, made the startling revelation.

Political pundit Ed Schultz has died at age 64, his employer RT America announced on Thursday. "We at RT America are sad to announce the passing of Edward Andrew Schultz. Ed Schultz passed quietly early morning on July 5 at his home in Washington, D.C. This announcement comes as a shock to all of us here at RT America," the network said in a statement. Schultz began his career with a successful stint covering sports in the Fargo-Moorhead market. He launched his political career as a conservative talk radio commentator in the early 1990s but he eventually changed his views...

Former MSNBC host Ed Schultz opened up in a recent interview about why he believes he was fired in 2015. Schultz, who’s now anchor of a show on RT, told National Review‘s Jamie Weinstein that he believes it was because he supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), which was problematic, he charged, because the network was “in the tank for Hillary Clinton.”He described how MSNBC chief Phil Griffin was a "watchdog" who closely managed which stories were covered, and relayed one incident where his story about Sanders’s launch of his campaign was bumped in favor of other news. Sanders gave his official campaign...

The plan to further bend the media dial in the direction of liberal political goals-- regarding a staffing move at NBC News and MSNBC. OBAMA ALUMNI: “Stephanie Cutter has joined NBC News and MSNBC as a Political Analyst. She will contribute exclusively on a range of topics across all platforms including Meet the Press, TODAY, Nightly and MSNBC.” Stephanie Cutter is a veteran of the Obama political machine and the fact that she’s no longer directly on the administration payroll hasn’t changed the tune she sings. The NBC announcement came on the same day as another bit of breaking political...

The last time we heard from dismissed MSNBC host Ed Schultz he had run off to join Russia Today. This followed a long run as the lead in to an evening lineup of talkers where he managed to rack up ratings which were frequently beaten by reruns of Gilligan’s Island. During that time, he constantly provided news coverage and opinions on labor unions while being on their payroll. But things seemed to be looking up for Ed, at least for a while. Not only did he have a new gig shilling for Vladimir Putin’s government, but he’d been tapped to...

Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and his supporters have been attacking the "corporate media" for not paying enough favorable attention to his "democratic socialist" campaign. But Sanders has his own "alternative media" outlets prepared to give him serious time and attention. They are led by Russia Today (RT), the anti-American propaganda channel funded by Vladimir Putin's regime.

After bellowing on demand for several years at MSNBC, America's version of the Russia Today television network, Ed Schultz starts work at the actual RT next week. But following his fair and balanced commentary about Donald Trump on last night's Alan Colmes radio show, Schultz might just as easily fit in at Fox News. [...] "... I don't think enough attention has been paid to actually how Trump would function as president. Let's put policies aside for a moment. Let's put aside what he believes or what he might do -- how would he do it? I think he would...

Ed Schultz, the progressive talk radio host and former MSNBC personality, has landed at RT America -- the Kremlin-backed cable news channel that has been criticized for advocating a pro-Russian agenda.

The obvious joke is it's a lateral move from Air America radio and MSNBC to a Kremlin-backed show for Russia Today. CNN's Dylan Byers reports Schultz will host the simply titled News with Ed Schultz at 8 p.m. weeknights, where he will "focus on exploring issues that most affect working Americans, particularly within the context of the upcoming US presidential election," according to a press release. "In a 30-second ad for the show, Schultz promises to deliver news in the same progressive vein that he did as a host on MSNBC, championing the middle class and organized labor while...

We need to "get rid of some of these jackasses who live by an old document." Former MSNBC blowhard Ed Schultz has taken to doing web podcasts since losing his The Ed Show gig on that network, and Newsbusters reports that he recently vented about Republican "jackasses" who still oppose more restrictive gun control in the wake of the San Bernardino terrorist massacre. He may have been reduced to an even smaller audience than he had at the low-rated MSNBC, but in the course of that podcast he stated an article of faith of the radical left - that...

Got a soft spot for the oldest written constitution in the world, the one for which every president upon taking office must swear an oath to preserve, protect and defend? Then you're clearly a "jackass" according to Ed Schultz, who joins a long sordid list of lefties who can't hide their contempt for the founding charter that George Washington once described as "a guide which I will never abandon." Yes, he was the Father of our Country, but clearly didn't have a clue. Since MSNBC decided last summer that it no longer needed Schultz's working class shtick, he's taken to...

The morning after Al Sharpton was booted to the Sunday morning desert from his evening show, and not long after Ed Schultz and Alex Wagner were relieved of their hosting duties, Joe Scarborough has profusely thanked NBC News honcho Andrew Lack for making those changes. On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough was discussing stunning poll results in which the first word that came to voters' minds about Hillary was "liar." Asked what was the worst thing said about him in such polling, Scarborough said "he works for MSNBC was always the worst." But Joe then added, his hands steepled in a...

In the wake of the decision by MSNBC to drop three of its most incendiary liberal programs, former hosts Ed Schultz of The Ed Show and Alex Wagner of Now with Alex Wagner exited with about as much class as you'd expect. Schultz apparently threw a tantrum and refused to appear on his last show. In his place, Michael Eric Dyson gave what Mediaite calls an "understated" farewell. First and perhaps most importantly, Ed Schultz wasn’t even present to give his final MSNBC farewell — due to “pre-existing scheduling conflicts,†MSNBC told us. Instead Michael Eric Dyson guest-hosted the full hour and saved...

Shows being canceled outright include The Cycle, a multiple-host show similar to Fox’s The Five, Now with Alex Wagner, and The Ed Show. Alex Wagner is expected to remain with the network as is Ari Melber, one of the co-hosts of The Cycle. However, TV Newser reports that Ed Schultz, Abby Huntsman, Toure, and Krystal Ball are “out.” The Ed Show, which aired at 5pm, will be replaced by a new hour-long program at 5pm hosted by Chuck Todd. Also coming to the network’s rescue is disgraced NBC anchor Brian Williams, who was pushed out of his job at the...

Defenders of the Confederate Flag (of whom I’m not one) have a new and unexpected ally: MSNBC’s Ed Schultz. The liberal talker said recently that purging the flag from museums and war memorials is a “desecration” of American history. Yes, really (listen to the audio here): "You know, I understand the effort to remove the Confederate flag from state capitols in the South and anywhere else in this country. There’s no doubt about it that it sends the wrong message. But at this point, I asked the question, is it overboard? And I don’t understand the attempt to erase American...

"I supported you big time. I was the first liberal talker to support you. I've carried your water big time when it comes to health care, I've carried your water on the economy and defending your move on the automobile industry, but Mr. President, you can take shots at this network, but I guarantee you, you are wrong on this and you cannot prove to the American people," Schultz said. Video at link...
