Not. I used to work in EMS many years ago. Violent people are fairly common. One big guy with a knee to the chest, two or three others on the arms and legs. Then you hogtie them to a guerney with soft restraints. And wheel them into a nice, quiet room to scream for awhile. They eventually calm down.

He is required to get uncompromising submission to his (her) authority. PERIOD.
