I agree. People who don’t live in NY have no idea how dangerous it is to ride against the traffic as he was caught doing. Elderly and slow-moving people have to dodge maniac bicyclists every day. This is not some surburban enclave where folks ride around in bulbous helmets and giant kneepads. Crazed, high-as-kite messengers fly through the city at speeds unimaginable to people who do not live here. I loathe these people! Baldwin should not have been doing this, should have accepted his ticket and moved on. But, of course, he had to have his little temper tantrum.

No, no, no Alec. Riding against traffic is a GREAT idea. To make sure you can hear every sight and sound, don’t bother with a helmet either. And ride fast, really fast. You’re a BIG star, so don’t worry about stopping or yielding - none of those rules apply to you.
