Bachmann: Obama's Legacy Is 'Establishment Of Lawlessness In United States'

Because he did not enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and now unilaterally adjusts the Obamacare law as it unfolds, President Barack Obama is sending a signal to liberal federal judges to mirror him and, as a result, the president's long-term legacy will be "the establishment of lawlessness in the United States," said Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.). Bachmann also compared Obama's actions to those of former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi -- "whatever he said was law."

"the establishment of lawlessness in the United States,"
Unfortunately I fear that a good many republicans can only see so far as what they would do with unlimited power if they get it.

If you research the history of the constitutional republic, the establishment of lawlessness was not only well under way with Lincoln, but arguably got started when Washington was president as evidenced by Hamilton’s constitutionally indefensible national bank.
What makes Obama different from all the other Constitution-ignoring presidents is his glaring disregard for the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers imo.

Michelle is dead on accurate, and another way to describe it is: Loss of Rule of Law.
What the state agents don't realize is that the citizenry has several ways to deny the protection of Rule of Law to those state agents, and they probably won't like it.

What amazes me is there is not one person in the administration with the guts to stand up and say “This man is dangerous!” Or maybe it’s just the lack of moral dignity.

Horse feces. Would you please be a little more specific?

She’s correct. Because Obama refuses to honor his oath to uphold the laws and Constitution of the U.S., I no longer feel obligated to obey the law either. I now operate on the principle of my own personal ethics and how likely it is that I could be caught. Period.

Unfortunately I fear that a good many republicans can only see so far as what they would do with unlimited power if they get it. Hopefully, a President Cruz would insist that Congress repeal ObamaCare and let him sign the repeal, as opposed to simply suspending it indefinitely via executive order (which would be perfectly legal under the rules of the Obama Regime).
