of government security but his mom told them 'he's a computer whiz who's just testing himself'

New reports have revealed that the FBI had suspicions about Adam Lanza eight years before he committed the second-deadliest mass shooting in American history.

The FBI reportedly went to the Newtown, Connecticut home that he shared with his mother Nancy in 2004 and asked about his computer activity but left before even sitting down with the then-12-year-old.

Newsweek reports that FBI agents went to the family's Yogananda Street home because they had tracked Adam online after he hacked through two layers of government security.

Nancy Lanza, who would later be killed at the hands of her son, spoke to the officers and convinced them that there was no need for further questioning.

'He's a computer whiz,' she told the agents, according to Newsweek.

'Adam was just testing himself.'

The newly released report about the home visit is just one in a growing number of missed clues ....

Why do I think this disclosure came about via Snowden??

And then....since our government friggin' lies all the time, do I believe it?? The only witness is Mom and she's dead.

This is the 10,000th example of how worthless our so-called “security’ agencies really are. “Put not you faith in princes...”

The only witness is Mom and she's dead.

There's a possibility she may re-appear at the next crisis.

This story from the “hindsight is 20-20” department.

Missed clues? Hardly.

More like massive L/E brainwashing by liberal scum——aided and abetted by dumbos like Obama/Holder.

Our L/E is a shambles b/c of politically correct, airheaded liberals. These “tolerant and compassionate morons” who abhor “right and wrong.” Liberal also have a visceral hatred of being “judgmental.

All of that’s too Christian-like for the liberal morons.

Just a distraction which can’t be proved. A bazillion ways to falsify this record.

Why is it that when we have mass shootings or bombings that we later find the perp had prior contact with Federal agents?

We constantly hear backstories from these protectors about how they foiled this plot or that plot, some even before they left the Middle East. We are not given proof, only their word and their plaints about how diligent they are.

Yet, when push comes to shove, we see the results of their noble efforts. Logan Airport, Sept 11, 2001. Underwear Bomber. Shoe Bomber, Boston Marathon, Ft. Hood, and so many other incidents they deign not to assign the ‘terrorist’ label to.

They are disgusting; nothing they say can be trusted.

OH PLEASE UNCLE SAM!

We need more snooping to protect us from 12 year old hacker/murderers!

NOT!

Seriously. If a 12-year-old can hack through it, it never was secure.

Hacked by a 12-year old who in fact was not a "computer whiz." Five years later comes the screen door on a submarine that is the Obamacare website. Malice or incompetence? I'm thinking malice, with every passing day.

Gee... just imagine if Microsoft (at the creation of every Windows product) had said, “concentrate on the bells and whistles. We’ll fix the security problems later with ‘patches’”.

I still say that boy had demons.

It used to be that we drugged the mentally ill and locked them in rubber rooms.

Nowadays, we just drug them and let them roam around free.

Yep. I think I need to find some non-irritating superglue to keep my tin foil hat from slipping off. My first thought was that Adam Lanza was an experiment that got away from them.

An emotionally traumatized/damaged by divorce adolescent boy living with mom, pumped full of powerful drugs to alter brain chemistry, essentially to see what happens and hopefully it will be helpful (ignore those small print side effects), spending hour upon contiguous hour alone immersed inside violent role playing video games.

What could go wrong?

Too much of his background story is now fairly common with those we bring into the world, but he and a few other news makers and news makers to be have a special part of the bell curve all to themselves.

They were turned away so easily because Lanza was only 12 and they couldn’t hire him. Snowden was hired in 2006 at age 22.

I am willing to bet that they kept up with Lanza though. If so, that would open up more questions about this whole sordid mess.

We need to bring back INSANE ASYLUMS.

Protected her little MONSTER and became his first victim. The only justice in the whole scenario. She also killed those innocent children and teachers by protecting and defending her hideous spawn. His insanity came from somewhere-looks like it was her.

Agree 100%, but first we need to purge the psychiatric field of liberal lunatics who recognize NOTHING as abnormal.Take the PROFIT out of medicating and ‘understanding’ dangerous psychotics.
Once we have doctors who will reliably declare the dangerous mental cases as ‘dangerous’, then the asylums will be filled with people like Lanza at young ages. Of course that also means protective parents like his will have to be legally overruled in such cases. So we need doctors who will declare such people unfit for society, laws that will protect society from them, and institutions to hold/treat them. Until and unless this happens our streets and public buildings ARE the asylums and the insane people are free.
