Put me down in the Roger Simon camp on this one: without wandering into Birther territory or the inconclusive musings of Jerome Corsi… who the heck is this guy, really?
To put it bluntly: nobody knows nothin’ about the president of the United States, aka the leader of the free world. And what little we do know is highly uninformative and often contradictory.

The ‘lying king’ is allowed to continue his practice because the other two branches of government do not provide the check and balances as the Constitution demands.

His citizenship remained as Indonesian national. He became a Permanent Resident Alien of the U.S. His PRA field on his NUMIDENT file with SSA was “Y’ in 1977 to indicate “yes” the applicant is a Permanent Resident Alien.
Can his original birth records be unsealed and used in a Court or Administrative proceeding to prove he is or is not a natural born citizen?
No. Records sealed by order of the Court can never be used in any Court or Administrative proceeding for any reason. The only birth record available for review is the HI COLB filed by the Hawaii DOH Registrar after a Court order to create the Barack Hussein Obama II COLB was issued.
Is Natural Born Citizenship status held in perpetuity (meaning that once it is obtained it can never be lost.)
No. Forfeiture of U.S. Citizenship is forfeiture of Natural born citizenship status.
