No easy answers. Just cutting it off as conservatives dearly want would bring riots. Anything that brings work into the equation, even makework, would greatly raise the dignity level.

There are no easy answers, but we know what isn’t working so anything different would be a start.
There would be plenty of suffering, but cutting these people off would force some to change their lifestyle and make better choices. If the woman could not afford the kid and the man was not in the picture she probably would take steps to minimize having another kid knowing what it would cost. There needs to be a huge cultural shift within their own community away from this destructive cycle that blames others.
They are going to riot anyway. They will eventually riot when the check we give them is worthless because we have printed so much money to keep sending them a check.

I recall someone I worked with a long time ago who had a wife like that. They lived in New Hampshire, where there is a very small black population. When his oldest son went off to college, he chose to go to Washington because he wanted to experience living with other black people. When he went home for Thanksgiving he already had a white girlfriend. His dad took him aside and said “I don’t care, but I’m just curious why.” The son’s response - “I’m just so afraid they’ll (black women) all be like Mom!” OUCH.

That’s a MARTA bus in the background, this is in downtown ATL. I came across this video early this year, and spent some time identifying the exact site from the buildings in the background.
That security guard is an interesting and brave man.

I’ve seen other videos from other cameras at the time. The man in question is a security guard hired by the hallway mall downtown to keep out the riffraff. He carried a taser, a vest-mounted video camber and I also believe that he had a weapons permit and a gun IIRC, but didn’t use it - the gun was the reason all them young punks didn’t jump him at once.
Those women are useless urban trash baby making machines who subsist solely off welfare and government largess. They have absolutely no human value in the scheme of things.
Do a search on “Darien Long”. That’s the name of the security guard at the urban mall. He’s a stand-up guy.
I watched the whole thing. The narrator tj sotomayor, I think, calls for the killing all people on welfare because they are a drag on society. He trashes black women as the lowest form of life because they get on welfare.

Larry Elder is someone for whom I have great respect. He has had me in studio a couple times on his show and I’ve spoken with him at a couple public events. Larry is a very good man, who happens to be black by birth. But race means nothing to him in how he judges or treats someone. Character does. He calls out others of his race for bad behavior and is called a sell out and Uncle Tom. Sotomayor’s message is much the same, albeit a message that is much more crude. Why do both of them do that? Because they want a society where people really are judged by the content of their character. They want to hold scumbags of their race accountable for what they do because what many irresponsible and lowlife blacks in their “community” do are causing others to generalize about race. Yes, of course, Sotomayor does a great deal of generalizing himself about black women. Larry and Tommy are embarrassed by members of their race doing things that ultimately cause some in other races to judge them unfairly without knowing them.
I get discouraged when people use the term “all blacks” or “most blacks.” That is not fair.
Race relations in this nation would be far better if Larry had been with Martin Luther King the day he was shot, rather than the race baiting poverty pimp, Jesse Jackson. And race relations would certainly be better if the Kenyan community organizer was not occupying our White House. (No, just like the term “Black Hole” is not a racist term, “White House” is not a racist term.) The damage Obama, Holder, and others have done in race relations is incalculable.
The political left has succeeded, as they want to do with illegal aliens, in creating a permanent voting bloc. In the name of compassion, they have helped to destroy the hopes and dreams of a large percentage black people in this country. By refusing to hold people accountable for their behavior, the left does them no favor. They have created a permanent underclass that exhibits the kind of behavior seen in the video across the country. No black man in the video steps up to support the black security guard doing his job. The women have their kids participating in the trouble.
There are certainly a great number of lowlife white people without character. I have no problem calling them out for what they do. Many of them are DemocRAT elected officials.
The left has created a society in which many black people, their dependable voting bloc, do not have to be responsible for their behavior. They are the real racists. They are the ones who believe blacks need their help because blacks are somehow less smart or less capable. If you disagree with Barack Obama, what is the first reaction? Of course, you are racist. Every card in their deck is the race card. They have played that card long enough. Thanks to Larry Elder, Tommy Sotomayor, and others in the black community willing to stand up, speak the truth, and face the backlash of being called Uncle Tom. That takes courage and says much about the content of their own character.
