Skip to comments.I'm tired of liberals and I think others are, too.

Is anyone watching the online comments regarding Phil Robertson? Even gay people are saying, "This is BS...he has a right to speak his mind."
Obama's poll numbers are in the crapper.
People are creeped out at Obama's expansion of the NSA.
People are furious about health insurance increases.
There's so much source material to throw at them that they cannot counter...so they just lob insults.
I'm thinking... this is NOT at ALL a bad time to be a conservative.
...or a Christian either. People are fed up with atheistic liberalism and fighting back with the help of Almighty God. Look at how even Russia has made a turn for the better of late.
It’s never a bad time to be a conservative.
But I think you are right to suggest the tide may be turning.
“The opportunity to secure ourselves against defeat lies in our own hands, but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided by the enemy himself”.
Let’s just hope the GOP doesn’t snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Reminds me of how I used to play chess. Make no mistakes, develop my board and wait for my opponent to make a mistake. They always made mistakes.
You’re right, it’s a good time to be a conservative. An even better time would be hours before a crucial election date. That’s when you need all your dogs outside barking loud.
The proof will be in the pudding: Think winnable Senate seats-all of them.
The only thing the GOPe hates is conservatism.
Like Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo? He must be a liberal since he likes giving the football to the downtrodden. :)
Francois Fenelon (He was a Christian who was insulted and exiled for his beliefs)
“Do not get angry about what people say. Let them talk while you try to do God’s will. As to the will of other people, you could never come to the end of satisfying it, not is it worth the trouble. Silence, peace and union with God ought to comfort you whatever people may falsely say. You must be friendly to them without counting on their friendship. They come and go. Let them, go...they are like chaff scattered by the wind.”
“Bearing Insults” from “The Royal way of the Cross.”
I can reply with a clever retort or any number of images.
You are correct.
I would love to have the ability to reply with a 15 to 20 second audio clip.
Just a riff, mind you.
A ten second Gif. that has an audio component.
There are soo many conversations that could be advanced with a simple riff.
...or Lions QB Matthew Stafford. Let us drink together on our mediocre teams with sub-par coaches and choke-prone signal callers.
I have never seen online commenters that are liberal in such “dufus” mode.
You provide them with legitimate non-partisan sources to make your point and they just are FREAKING out.
But I must say... the media is FINALLY providing some of these citations.
I feel like I’m in a video game (though I don’t play them) and where as in the past I’d go to the internet weapons cave and find NOTHING... and come out with some sharp toothpick from something Krugman said:
Now...I am on the field of battle and I go into the internet weapons cave and there are ALL KINDS of weapons there.
I have definitely learned to leave a debate with dignity when someone else is embarrassing themselves. Not always.... but mostly.
Conservatives outnumber liberals. The only reason liberals are getting their way is the Party of Hoover lets them, and that's because the GOP loves Big Government.
I have never been a very good Chess Player.
For some reason I can’t understand the motives of someone that is out to win.
Poker, on the other hand is something that I’m very good at.
I seem to have an ability to read people under conditions that are similar, but are expressed in a different way.
The issue goes beyond the liberal. It also goes beyond the homosexual. It’s a dark agenda exploiting liberalism and homosexuality in order to break the Country. Immoral radicals are rising to the demands of the agenda to help redefine the fabric our Nation. These are the animals that we’re fighting.
Where? Gays are like Imams who won't utter a word against Islamo-terrorism.
They will like they do every time. Like Romney distancing himself from the massively popular and large turning point of Chick-fil-A Day.
I hate tyrants.
I hate socialists.
I hate politicians who lie to me.
I hate politicians who openly break the law and act against out constitution.
We need to remind all of the democrats around us that Obama just got the liar of the year award.
“Lets just hope the GOP doesnt snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.”
Problem is, even when they win, we lose, when we get people like McCain, Graham, Rubio, Ryan, Flake, Boehner, McConnell, King, etc, etc.
On Facebook... CBS’s post of the story had a gay man saying that Phil was entitled to his views as top rated comment.
We have to make a decision. Are we going to be able to handle the lesser of two evils?
Yes... not every politician is optimal.
But let’s seize the moment!
“Like Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo? He must be a liberal since he likes giving the football to the downtrodden. :)”
Now that’s funny.
I’m tired of faggots and lebesian women
Were held hostage by them
I’m personally more concerned by socialists that are educating our young to be socialists.
Death to the GOP.
“...or a Christian either.”
Prince Charles is coming out for the Christians in Syria! Color me shocked. (Prince Charles, as you may recall, was thrilled to find people living in cardboard boxes in India. He said they had the ultimate green lifestyle. That’s about as loony left as you can get, yet now he’s coming out for Christians.)
One out of, perhaps, a thousand. I saw plenty of hateful homo comments as well.
This is the tipping point.
Let’s bring back free speech, and let’s begin to take back our entertainment industry.
A sure sign of a growing angry backlash against liberals.
One good thing in the favor of conservatives is what is now called “the new media”.
The Issue is never the issue. The Issue is always The Revolution. The 0bammunists have to make objection to 0bama be about his black African skin ... because if they let the objections be about his red communist ideology ... well, then the cat's out of the bag, isn't it?
Rats on a ship squeaking because water is rising over their little pink feet.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if it took Duck Dynasty to turn the tide? Love it!
I have never seen the "Duck Dynasty" show, and have no interest in doing so, but I thought suspending the guy indefinitely simply because he voiced his opinion was way, way overkill. What would they do if one of their personalities spoke out in an interview **approving** of homosexual "marriage"--a view that offends millions of conservatives? Would they suspend that person? No, of course not. The PC highway runs in only one direction.
The upcoming midterms in November could be a "wave" election. Obamacare sticker shock will be fresh in voters' minds: loss of health plans, and for those who have kept theirs, higher premiums, deductibles, and co-pays. Plus, the Dems won't have their magical messiah on the ballot to turn out the mind-numbed Obamabots. Republicans strengthening their hold on the House and taking over the Senate--very doable, even in spite of themselves.
We have to make a decision. Are we going to be able to handle the lesser of two evils? Yes... not every politician is optimal. But lets seize the moment!
Even not-as-thoroughly-conservative-as-we-would-like Republicans are more conservative than Blue Dog Democrats (a shrinking number in their own party, as they are being increaingly outnumbered by the radical leftists). Also, just having a Republican majority in the Senate, even if that includes a few RINOs, still **takes away** the **Democrat** control of the Senate. That would be a good thing. I'd rather have a "moderate" Republican chairing the Senate Judiciary Committee than, say, Chuckie Schumer or Princess Cherokee Cherryblossoms (aka Elizabeth Warren).
Seriously, how is this different than other times?
They never consider their ideological opponents morally worthy enough to actually discuss issues and the merits of different solutions,
it's always "if you don't support program XYZ you're a bad person, and I'm a good person because I do."
You cannot separate the two
Cultural degeneration and moral decline and socialism are all part of the same progressive rot
Hand in hand
