I am beginning to think that, short of Obama being videotaped murdering a Fox News reporter on the east lawn of the White House, he will not be impeached.
Calls for a president’s impeachment are commonplace. I have written in the past that Obama was likely unimpeachable on the constitutional grounds of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Even so, I increasingly believe that Obama should be impeached.

Some congressman needs to get up during floor speeches every day and read off the list of articles of impeachment,
then end his speech with “but we won’t bother, because political correctness forbids holding this president accountable”.

The deliberate, planned murder of hundreds of Mexican nationals for the sole purpose of puffing up gun crime statistics so as to undermine the Second Amendment to the Constitution that was Fast and Furious should be more than enough to bring impeachment, Senate conviction and criminal charges and life in prison for any number of Obama administration criminals.

I doubt he would be impeached even if he committed murder live in high-def. There is a percentage of people that would continue to support him without question, literally no matter what he does. There is a certain segment of the MSM that would similarly continue to toe the line and spin for him, regardless. There are enough ‘rat legislators clamoring for support from the party that they would block or muddy the waters enough to let him skate through the end of his term. Given those three groups supporting him, I do not think it is possible via any likely scenario that he will be impeached. That said, it is my opinion that he deserves impeachment and prison more than any other politician in American history. If justice were truly served, he’d spend the rest of his life in an orange jumpsuit with 10 minutes in the yard every other day.
The only way Obama would be impeached is if he dug up the corpse of MLK, raped and lynched it on Pay Per View. A concept that is no more disgusting than the parasitic lazy scum who voted for him.
You'll have to better than that! The press and government party might get worked up enough to complain if he offed an NYT reporter but certainly not a Fox reporter.
In the spirit of the over-use of a popular phrase, the “goal posts” have been moved quite a distance in the definition of ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’. In fact, in the case of this president, the goal posts have been removed.
The fallacies of political correctness all need to be demonstrated by real-life example and there is no greater example than the presidency of Barack Obama.

He will not be impeached.
He would veto his own impeachment and it would be upheld.
OK—Listen up Freepers, Lurkers, and fellow travelers. The only way to impeach Obama is to gain total control of the House and Senate. Harry Reid must be pulled from his rule of absolute power! Then and only then can the investigations he held—a special prosicuter named and evidence uncovered to show Obama is a crook and or worse (Murderer?) Only then can impeachment be even tried.
So, dedicate your treasure, lives, personal honor to a tea Party/Conservative victory in 2014. They will use all tools they can to stop this—IRS, MSM, Hollywood, Comedy centeral, Cheating, Union Thugs, Drones, TV Stations they control CIA—etc... Be ready for a fight. Only such a Victory—a real non-RINO victory will make this possible. Otherwise its King Obama and One Party Rule (many would like that).
