This glitch and non-reboot with back up files is pure redistribution. Whoever is responsible should be tried for theft (another administrative implant). Those funds should not be replaced. Those who stole from others by using their cards beyond their allotment should be held responsible, too.
Hey Trayvons...... When you there is no limit, you create an over draft. The over draft is reduced by the future monthly payments that simply reduce the amount you owe.

Good point. First they don’t work and everyone is mad, then they give them all they can get for free. Thing is, didn’t take long for word to get out and about that there was no balance given on the receipt. Must have been phones. I don’t know many people that use those phones, though. Everyone I see has a smart phone.
