I have never been ‘afraid’ of Islam. Why? I see it the same as I do Communism, Socialism, Naziism, or Fascism.

You have unelected churchy types ruling over the people with an iron hand. It is an abortive effort at re-writing the feudal system, once popular in Europe, and still espoused by the American media, today.

There is no place for the fertile human mind to entertain any thoughts, just as it once was in Europe, when any thought processes that ran contrary to the clerical hard line, were considered ‘treason’, and could result in the death of the thinker, and their supporters.

That is not America! Folks have bled (I have bled) and died, to make and keep this a special place on this Earth, different in that, it is the individual, not any government - divinely inspired or not, that determines his/her path, his/her spirituality, his/her future. Period.

So, no fear emanates from me, regarding Islam. The American determination that I am sovereign over my own life. I shall not ‘submit’ to any archaic theocracy, that demands my death, in response, to my saying the most hated word, in any language: “NO!”

I've often thought of myself as a "history guy", but the 40 minute video lector by Dr. Bill Warner astounded me.

Especially his assertion that the Roman Empire was destroyed by Islamic Jihad, not the Vandals, Visigoths, etc.
