I got that a year or so ago and threw it away.
They came by, knocking, 4-5 times, at all hours, left a card and a couple of follow up letters.
They eventually go away.
Save it ‘til you can organize a bonfire with your neighbors. Then burn ‘em all. (The surveys, not your neighbors).

Fill it out in some obscure foreign language or dialect.
It has questions like, “How much did you earn last week? How many hours? What time did you leave the house? Is your job private? Government? Not for profit? What money do you get from SSI? SSD? Food stamps? Government services? Do you speak English? Are you often confused or have memory problems? Blind? Deaf? Is your insurance medicare? Private? Thru your employer? Do you watch grandchildren? Where did you live last year? How long have you lived there?
Just a very, very small portion. And you have to fill it out for each person in the house.
Whenever I’m filling out a form that asks for SSN, I check to see if there is anywhere on it where I “guaruntee with my signature under laws regarding perjury” that the information is correct. If there isn’t, I use a false SSN.
SSN is not a national ID. If I’m applying for something money related (job or loan) I will divulge the information because it is a need-to-know situation. But that’s it.
I don’t have a land line. I suppose that helps. A little...
Proper response: "Do you have a warrant? Am I under investigation? Am I being detained? No? Then get off my property before I call the Sheriff."

We have CCTV around our house; I’ve literally seen them walk up in a pair, one pointed to the mezzuzah, they talked and then walked away.
I got that. I threw it out. I dodged their calls and visits. Finally one caught me on the way out of the house to walk the dogs. I told her it was not a good time so she gave me a very sour look and said “I’ll mark you down as uncooperative”. I said “great!” have a nice day.

I received one myself. I threw it in the trash. Then I received three letters via UPS and Fedex telling me it was the law and I had to comply. I had two different women at my house at least 5 times and each time I told them to leave. The last visit she said that the next day was a deadline and I had to either answer them with her or go on line. I told her to leave and have not heard anything since.
Most people have been well trained as sheeps. They will bow down and do whatever it says.

If they pretend to cite a “law”, demand chapter and verse.
If they do, ask the maximum penalty.
Then respond, “Good! I look forward for the opportunity to challenge this invasion in court.”
My 11 year old daughter told her: "we're not filling that out! My dad says we don't have to!". She said "well then I'm going to ask your neighbors to tell me about you". She said "go ahead". Last I ever saw of them.
