Venturer: “She should spend 5 years in prison and 5 years on probation.”

I don’t know. As much as I’d love to see her punished—severely—I’m not sure it’s worth discouraging others from coming forward and admitting they falsely accused someone. That’s a tough call. I do think he should be able to sue her, but I’d be willing to bet she has very little worth taking.

She's an unwed mother of two living on welfare because she and her mother blew through the millions of dollars they won by suing the school for allowing a "rape" to occur on school grounds. She didn't volunteer that she falsely accused him because she didn't want to have to pay the money back. She was trapped on a hidden camera.

claiming rape is a very difficult thing to do, and that is why most women who are raped will never go to the police.....when they do go to the police, their character is questioned, their morals gone thru with a fine tooth comb, old boyfriends looked up to get on record, etc..

that is why these "recantations" to me are a little suspicious....

what proof was there for the school district to pay out that much money without so much as blinking their eyes..

otoh, truly false reporting should be dealt with accordingly.
