 I do think he should be able to sue her, but I’d be willing to bet she has very little worth taking.

She's an unwed mother of two living on welfare because she and her mother blew through the millions of dollars they won by suing the school for allowing a "rape" to occur on school grounds. She didn't volunteer that she falsely accused him because she didn't want to have to pay the money back. She was trapped on a hidden camera.
