I'm not 100% sure how this would work. What if lots of users go from site A to site B, but very few users go from site B to site A, for example?

And secondly, if there were a way to do so, how do you place them all near Google without that mandating that they also be near each other, when the degree of their linkage to one another might indicate that they should be on opposite sides of the graph?
