Bullshit! They were going to shoot anything that moved. He happen to move. If they can't tell one side of a street from another, they shouldn't[for their own safety] not be out in the public any. Now, because of their ineptness, an innocent man is dead. But, he and his family can take solace the fact that there will be many more following him as the police become more “professional”.

This is inexcusable...the cops need to be held personably liable when they screw up like this...they need to have it front and center in their little minds that if make any kind of ‘error’; they will lose everything they own...car, house, everything. You can’t just kill an innocent man (or dog, for that matter) and just walk away. Punish them financially...they’d get the message, and damn fast. Enough of this.

So they sneak up on an old man in his own garage and shoot and killed him. He had done nothing wrong and the cops had nor reasonable cause or legal right to even be on his property. There should be a homicide charge in this somewhere. We have had way to many mistakes of this kind made in the last few months. An example needs to be made with this one. The state should spend at least as much money as Florida spent putting George Z on trial to fry these irresponsible, unprofessional, and dangerous cops.
I'm sure they will find some law or new obammy DHS policy that makes this all ok but it is not OK and we should literally be up in arms. Do you still wonder why our citizens are gearing up, stocking up on firearms, ammo, and food??? WE ARE IN FEAR OF OUR OWN GOVERNMENT AND THEIR "MISTAKES". What a handy way to kill someone and then walk away..... Welcome to obammays DHS Amerika.
