I wanted to be an elephant when I grew up, when I was about 3 or 4, after reading the Babar books. Or having them read to me.
When I was little I was a tomboy for a while and refused to wear dresses or skirts (in the olden days when girls almost always wore them). I was not a transgendered anything. The reason? I watched Davy Crocket and Hopalong Cassidy on TV and wanted to be a cowboy or a frontiersman. I don’t think it crossed my mind yet (age 4 maybe or 5?) that I would grow up into a woman; the idea of growing up was unreal (note my comment above about wanting to be an elephant when I grew up at one point.)
It was all play to me, as it is to most children that age. Like when they put dolls to sleep, or feed, them (which I also did) they are sure the dolls really sleep and eat (I thought that).
Seems like every darned agitprop transgender sympathy article reveals a blatantly dysfunctional back story about the family dynamics. They don't necessarily involve sexual abuse/perversion. A common thread is that the parents of the confused children have no ability or interest in handling the demands and tantrums of small children, so the little ones end up wearing the pants in the family, when all they want/need is to have the parents in control. As in having normal parents who parent instead of these kooky dipsh!ts who dump inappropriate decision-making upon innocent children.
Another example is when parents project their desire for a boy/girl upon the poor kid wasn't the sex they wanted. With enough money anything can be redefined as "normal".
One story involved a mother who forced her daughters (starting with the older one) to dress very girly, so much so that there were constant control battles and crying and screaming. The younger daughter observed that her brother was not terrorized in this manner, so lo and behold, she kept insisting that she was a boy. Gee I can't imagine why. /s Of course the wacko mother didn't recognize the problem in the mirror, but choose to embrace/defend/advocate for her daughter's "choice".

I’m sure there are a few children with rare hormonal imbalances who share biological traits more with the opposite sex. However, almost all of what we see in these “transgender children” articles is crazy families with crazy parents.
Also, as I pointed out above, “gender roles” in our society are very limiting. There’s no legitimate reason a young girl shouldn’t play with trucks, and there’s no reason an adult woman shouldn’t drive trucks (or a bulldozer, if she likes). There’s no reason a boy or a man shouldn’t love and nurture babies. People are individuals, not cardboard figures defined by someone else’s view of what is “masculine” or “feminine.”

Having given God's laws the boot, the culture is drunk on the pseudo-freedom of embacing everything sick and twisted, while using government force to mandate acceptance. No surprise. Government must be the thug enforcer, because the new "normal" is anything but.
We will increasingly see more laws dictating rights for the degenerate and psychologically corrupt. IOW, if the government says a particular conduct is good and normal, those who continue to answer to a Higher Authority are expected to knock that off and comply by debasing their moral standards, or else suffer persecution under the weight of the law. Kind of like how the government officials in Babylon suggested laws to the king... laws that conveniently made Daniel guilty of a capital offense.

Yes we would but at least they can’t breed more of their kind after they do this to them selves. If they won’t listen to reason then you just have to clear the gene pool.

When I was little I just hated dresses and skirts. I wanted to wear pants suits to church but my stepmom refused to buy one for me. Remember now this was the 70’s and pants suits were the rage. Hilary has not got the memo that they are out of fashion. I personally felt they empowered a female that and the fact I just was not “dainty” enough to wear dresses.

Weren’t you the lucky one! I had to pretend I was riding horses. My sister and I had cap guns and we would of course shoot each other and invent all kinds of ways of falling down dead. I lived out in the country on an old old farm (no farming anymore, although my parents had a garden) and we played outside from dawn til dusk.
When we weren’t doing that, we were Indians, with mud paint, leaves for feathers, and made teepees out of branches and fires out of sticks (not real fires, we were too young) and ate berries.
Our Indians and cowboys never crossed paths...

Maybe people should just be individuals and not be pressured to act either lock step according to “gender” (gag) roles or be pressured to be transgendered!!!

My hub could never be accused of not being very masculine and he loathed team sports. So he took up karate....

Not long after that photograph was taken, I got my first paying job as an assistant drover...I cut the gun-holsters off the belt and wore the belt on its own. I earned a penny a mile per head. Fifty steers a mile was 50 pennies. Ten miles, 500 pennies. Divide that by 12. Lots of shillings, I was in clover, and in no time at all, was able to buy a new saddle.
Those were the days!
The old Aussie Drover and his new assistant. Wish I could turn the clock back and do it all over again. Dear old man always wore a tie...and a hat. He rode horses until he died when he was 88 yo.
