I rememeber reading that Mark Twain said his doctors said he could live longer if he gave up cigars, alcohol, and red meat. He agreed that it would certainly seem longer.

Absolutely selfish! The child is more of a material acquisition than a human life for which he has now become permanently responsible.
Great argument as to why homosexuals should not adopt.
Children need a committed mother and father.
Sometimes bad things happen, like death.
But to go into child making or adopting without starting out in the child’s best interest is wrong.
so how did he “have” a child? Or does he mean he paid a woman to do it for him? And what type of woman would do that?
