he did take a sip of that whiskey he was served, despite my yelling at him not to do so.

So that WAS you......I thought so.

I can see him doing some dithering over it, too.

What was wrong with his old crossbow?

There wasn't anything wrong with it, it's just that the Stryker is a much better bow. Plus it came with a supply of arrows and was likely on sale too.........

Everything’s on sale during the zombie apocalypse!

As a side note, up till now, we know that the governor is a creepy sociopath but in the next several episodes I think we're going to find out that he is actually a stone cold psychopath too.......

Don't forget, Andrea once asked him what his real name was but he didn't tell her. I suspect the reason he didn't is because he's a well known convicted serial killer or something and was able to escape from prison following the zombie outbreak.....

Andrea is with the doctor upstairs in a warehouse

Had to look it up, that's Milton and he's not a doctor, he's a scientist.......

The Governor was pretty rude to Andrea last night when he kicked her to the curb. What do you all think she might be plotting with Milton?

Pretty rude? The guys a psycho! Being rude is probably the least of his faults. On the other hand, Andrea didn’t kill him last week after gettin’ jiggy with it, so maybe he’s good for something.

You know, that’s not out of the realm of possibility. Last night, the governor creeped me out more than he has to date.

And did you see Talking Dead & the clip of next week’s show? He has a dentist’s chair set up for someone, with a tray of very cruel-looking instruments.

In the clip I saw, she told Milton she's going to kill the governor. I'd like it if Milton could escape with her and join our group, but I don't have much hope for his longevity.

Militon previously tattled on Andrea to the Governor. Will he do it again? Or is he actually with Andrea this time?

It wasn't a "chess game." It was a boring series of close ups of two guys talking. It didn't set anything up, because we already knew what was coming.

The show was tedious and did not advance the plot in the least. Ask yourself one question: If this episode were left out completely, would the story arc be the least bit different? The answer is no. The program is foundering right now, and they need to pick up the pace and stop over-dramatizing every little detail. Last nights episode was a completel waste of time. We learned nothing new about Rick or the Governor's characters or plans, and no more "tension" was established than had already been set by the armed confrontation three weeks ago.

You want still, brooding pictures of Rick or Daryl, put a poster up in your bedroom.

Seriously? How does one get a black eye with a crossbow?

Likely by putting the scope too far back and firing. The recoil would slam the scope into one's eye.

There are so many different ones out there and at varying price ranges. How do you choose a good SHTF crossbow without breaking the bank?

Good question.
One would likely have to buy several to see what suits him/her, and weigh that against string longevity and endurance.

I did that with my first carbine. A Hi-Point 4095.

Yeah.
That sucked.

Yes, but even his revenge motives are strategic. He doesn’t want Merle because Merle is more useful sowing discord where he is. Even though I’m sure the Governor would happily kill him if given the opportunity.

I also don’t think his revenge is about his eye, that’s his excuse to Rick. He wants revenge for Michonne killing his zombie daughter that he still had insane hopes of curing.

The man is bat sh!t crazy and evil, but he is not stupid.
