Baltimore wins in double overtime 38-35 after Peyton Manning throws an interception.

Was Pat Robertson correct?

I don’t think God wastes his time on Football, except maybe screwing with Romo’s game for laughs.

However, the Ravens play-calling was even more conservative and predictable: try unsuccessfully to run Rice, try unsuccessfully to run Rice again, throw (but not out of play action).

God doesn’t waste His time on a commercialized “sport” played in a single country.

God is a soccer fan

No, God is a football fan, the real football, the football that's played with foots and not with armpits!

He could care less about football or any other sport. Things of this earth are foolishness unto God.

No he has the shortest snap to throw time because his mechanics are excellent, and he’s read the defense and knows where he’s throwing to. Really, it’s not just me, Peyton’s mechanics are probably the best in the game: http://collegescout.wordpress.com/2009/01/29/the-importance-of-throwing-mechanics/

He does get happy feet when rushed, but of course he almost never gets rushed. And a big part of his happy feet is because he’s one of the slowest runners in the game, the guy can’t scramble. I remember him getting caught from behind by the Steelers nose tackle. If you couldn’t outrun a nose tackle you’d get happy feet when the pocket is getting tight too.

Tebow spent 11 games last season MISSING that throw, and much much easier throws. If he could make that throw he’d be a starting QB somewhere, not rejected by 3 teams. The big problem was the receiver cut behind the defender, he gave the defender superior position, had he cut in front as is his job it would have been a reception. Peyton probably should have looked in front of his receiver more, but it was a catchable ball.

I’m with you. Hubby’s favorite team is the Steelers, mostly because of leftover loyalty from the Bradshaw days. Me I can’t stand them, especially Rothlisberger.

Tebow is a bright spot in the NFL where overpaid, entitled lawless thugs rule the day...but I digress. Hubby thinks I only like Tebow because I’m a girl but its really because of his love of the Lord.

Let me be clear on this. As a QB Tebow sucks. Great athlete. Not a QB.

Loved the game. Lifelong Browns fan here, first time I can ever remember pulling for the old Browns to win. Take that, Elway!

If 30 carries 131 yards for 4.4 per and a TD is what you call unsuccessful then I'll be looking for Ray to have another unsuccessful day next week, GO RAVENS

No excuse for letting a wide out get behind you with 31 seconds to play.

EXACTLY CORRECT!! I could not believe it. Neither could Flacco by his reaction....

There is nothing about which God does not care.

Yes, He cares about football, among other things.
