Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.” So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology...

No problem for me, NTI.

Happy Birthday, T-C!

Thank you everyone! I must note that it is not my personal birthday, but James’s and Kathleen’s. Mine is in July.

Happy Birthday, Kathleen Amelia Perfect Pink Baby and James!
Hope y’all have a wonderful day!

Good morning!

Sunny and frosty here! Mr. Sg has chocolate chip cookies in the oven. Does the trek over hill and dale to feed the horse justify having chocolate chip cookies for breakfast? T-c, here’s where your “making conscious choices” strategy enters stage left, hopefully.

You look at the cookies and you say, “Will that make me happy?” If the answer is yes ...

Good morning. DP and I are off to a church meeting, leaving Anoreth in charge at home ;-).

Uh oh. That there’s the problem. Warm cookies out of the oven with a glass of milk make me deliriously happy. I view the world as one big smorgasbord. Think of other countries in terms of what their contribution is to global culinary wealth.

Must develop alternative focus which completely ignores tastebuds. Maybe something to do with health. A totally unrealistic goal. Will work on it.

Yep. That's the only reason Britain ruled the waves.

They needed to get some place with good food. They ended up in China and India, with a stop in the Americas for corn, chilis, beans, chocolate and spuds...

That looks like the belated, keenly mourned Hobbes.

Hiya! Am I too late to wish birthday thingys to the BD Chillrun?

I’m home, finally, but sometime next week, I will have to go back and set up a laptop and install a program for a PDA to be used at the race track. My work is never done....*sigh*

We could have stayed but The Stig was running out of food.

By coming home, I will miss the last day of the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale...I was really enjoying the cars. :o[

I saw something not quite as spectacular but equally unexplainable. You know how if you look up at the stars on a clear night, sometimes you’ll see what looks like a star except that it is steadily traveling across the night sky in a straight line—and you know it’s a satellite. I saw something that also looked like a faint star moving, except that instead of traveling in a straight line it was darting back and forth at very sharp angles, and moving extremely fast. No idea what it was, but that kind of zig-zagging, right-angle movement seems to be a pretty common trait in these sightings.

Someday I would like to have one of the breeds that crossed Siamese with longhairs. I used to know all their names, back when OldTax-lady and I went to cat shows. (Just as spectators, we never had a show cat.)

A reasonably pleasant day of “stewardship” conference. The speaker had a sense of humor, at least. Now it’s time to start cooking for the birthday people, not that Kathleen will care, she’s gone to sleep ;-).
