I don’t understand this even a little bit. When I was a kid, we were forced by ‘circumstances’ my mother said, to live in a projects and when I got out, I swore I would never, ever live in a project again. I have kept that vow and honest to G-d, I would sell everything I own and work 24 hours a day to make sure it never happens no matter what.
