This Thanksgiving Mrs. Tweeze and I went to my parents’ home for the weekend. We’d originally planned to stay through today, but I decided we should probably come home last night instead. Two of our three cats have never been left in the house for days at a time before now, and I was concerned that I might come home to a trashed house.

We got home last night and the house was intact. But the big pan of dry cat food we left for them Wednesday afternoon was completely bare, and two of the three water bowls were empty!

I think Apple, Patch and Monkey are thankful we didn’t stay gone another day. :)
