A_perfect_lady has it right - demonstrate class, let them visit her. However, you have the right to forcibly expel them from your home if they get snotty about the election.
The problem is we Conservatives do have class, unfortunately, when your are fighting an enemy who has neither class nor morals, class loses every time.

True. Have them over; but if THEY bring up Obama, put a stop to it promptly. (Don’t bring up anything political yourself.) Just tell them, “It’s Thanksgiving; Granny’s 89 years old, we are SICK of Obama and will get sicker before it’s over, so please don’t mention him today.” -
I assume that, since they’re “nice”, they won’t persist; but if they do persist or become gloating or belligerent, you may have to avoid them entirely to keep the peace in the future. Then, if Granny lives to future holidays, she will have to then accept reality.
