Or just ignore the Constitution like usual. The Supreme Court will rubberstamp it by saying that the matter was non-judicable and something for Congress to enforce.

Maybe not if he can take control of the court, which is very possible considering the age of the justices. He could make the argument that the amendment was unconstitutional and his court would agree thus nullifying the amendment. Who is going to argue with a 6-3 or 7-2 decision?
