Maybe not if he can take control of the court, which is very possible considering the age of the justices. He could make the argument that the amendment was unconstitutional and his court would agree thus nullifying the amendment. Who is going to argue with a 6-3 or 7-2 decision?

An amendment can't be ruled unconstitutional, it would never have been made a part of the Constitution in the first place.

Lets not start imagining problems, Obama is going to be gone in 4 years.
