Good move. You’re covered if your costs do go up, and better off, if they don’t.
Hopefully you don’t shoot yourself in the foot. While I understand the need to pass along costs to others, I would also hate to see FReepers suffer more than they already have and will.

I can’t raise my prices. I’ve had to drop prices close to 30% in the past four years. If I stayed up the customer would do it themselves and I’m all out of a gig.
Know of two older doctors who said, “Time to retire.” Shutting down because of Obamacare. Office workers and staff all out of work.
People who have already made money back in the good years, have everything paid for, and a retirement fund can ‘Go Galt’ easily. Rest of us are stuck in this economy.

My company that I work for is closing down locations now that Obama won.. My hubby was told yesterday to expect a drop in his business since 2 main companies are cutting back. This is Obamaville coming.

I know a guy who charges his obama supporting customers more.
He isn’t penalizing anyone. When costs go up, so do prices.

I can understand why and I am sympathetic. My position now is that any discretionary bill I have (DirectV, Landline, Alarm service, lawn service, etc.) if ANY one of them goes up a penny, I CANCEL straight away. And my one word response as to why will be “Obama”.
His rationale is that they’re responsible for his increased costs, so they can pay for it.
